About me
Taylor Collins is an associate at McCarter & English, LLP. She represents individuals and entities across a wide range of industries in state and federal courts in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and negligence claims. Separately, Taylor assists in court-appointed special master, arbitration, and expert witness matters. In addition to her litigation practice, Taylor routinely counsels clients on sports & entertainment related matters concerning intellectual property enforcement, licensing and sponsorship issues, and facility use and event operations. Before becoming a lawyer, Taylor worked at ID&T and LiveStyle f/k/a SFX Entertainment on music festivals and other live events in marketing and promotions, brand and creative, and operations roles.
