Laura Blake is the Senior Director of Events and Operations for Music for All, where she oversees large‑scale event operations, team development, and organizational workflow strategy. With more than 20 years of experience, Laura has led complex, multi‑site event programs and cross‑departmental operational planning initiatives that strengthen alignment, communication, and on‑the‑ground execution.
A native of Indianapolis, Laura studied music at Butler University and discovered her passion for event production through volunteering with her college band for Bands of America—an experience that launched her long‑standing career in event leadership.
Outside of work, Laura continues to share her love of music through community ensembles and local theater. She enjoys spending time with her wife, Shelly, their son, Mason, and their Great Dane, Dori.
Fun Fact: Laura will lead the 2027 Pride Bands Alliance Marching Band in the Tournament of Roses Parade.
