About me

Emily Linares has been the City of Grand Prairie Special Events Superintendent since 2023, and hosts over 60 events annually, with a budget of over 2.5 million dollars. In previous roles, she has served as both a special events, and communications team member. She has degrees from both University of North Texas and Texas The University, and obtained her CFEE certification in 2023.
